No refunds - Exchanges only within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please send an email to sparkle@beadwavejewelry.com as you must first obtain a Return Authorization number. Shipping costs are not refundable. You may also exchange your items bought online in person at the store located at 179A Main Street, Westport, CT 06880. No exchanges on special order items.
